Every ingredient listed on the packs of the snacks we review has a page here, from everyday ones like wheat flour, sugar and palm oil to food additives known by their INS numbers (the E numbers of Europe without the E).
Each ingredient page explains what the ingredient is, where it comes from and why snack makers use it, with allergy notes where they matter, then lists the snacks that contain it. The number next to each ingredient is how many of our reviewed snacks contain it. Ingredients appear here as the packs print them, so one ingredient can be listed under different names in English and in Thai.
