Nacho cheese is a seasoning that imitates nachos, the Tex-Mex dish of tortilla chips topped with melted cheese and chilli. It usually combines cheese powder with tomato, onion, garlic and a little spice, for a tangy, salty taste that is bolder than plain cheese, and it is nearly always found on corn tortilla chips.
