Zweifel Pomy-Chips AG is the former name of Zweifel Chips & Snacks AG, the leading maker of potato chips and snacks in Switzerland. The company was founded in 1952, first made chips in Zurich-Höngg and has produced them in Spreitenbach, in the canton of Aargau, since 1970. It has been fully owned by the Zweifel family from the start, now in its third generation, and it buys its potatoes from Swiss farmers. In September 2024 it dropped “Pomy” from its name.
SeekSnack lists Crazy Dancer under Zweifel: light, crunchy snack pieces shaped like little dancing figures, with an onion flavour. Zweifel’s current Snacketti range includes a Dancer snack with a cream flavour.
