Sepasang Naga is the company and brand name on Sepasang Naga Squid Cracker. The name is Indonesian for “a pair of dragons”, and the bag’s text is in Indonesian, but little else is published about the company, so this page sticks to the snack.
Sepasang Naga Squid Cracker belongs to the big family of South-East Asian seafood crackers, known in Indonesia as kerupuk: a starch dough flavoured with seafood is shaped, dried and then deep-fried until it puffs up and turns crunchy. This one comes as curls of several strands looped together, and the bag says it is made from real squid.
Squid is a mollusc, one of the common allergen groups.
