Gilim Co., Ltd. is a South Korean snack company known for flavoured almonds sold under the Tom’s Farm name, often labelled “Gilim Tom’s Farm”. SeekSnack has reviewed Honey Butter Almond (Tom’s Brand), whole roasted almonds coated in a sweet, buttery honey seasoning, which SeekSnack lists as a product of South Korea. The coating is built on syrup, sugar and a honey butter seasoning, and the ingredient list also includes the sweetener aspartame.
Almonds are tree nuts, which is the main allergen to know about, and honey butter seasonings commonly contain milk ingredients. Products sweetened with aspartame carry a phenylketonuria warning on the label in many countries.
