Arnott’s Biscuits Limited is the Australian company behind the Arnott’s biscuit brand. Its story goes back to 1865, when William Arnott opened a steam biscuit bakery in Newcastle, New South Wales. Arnott’s is best known for sweet biscuits such as Tim Tam, Iced VoVo and Tiny Teddy and for crackers such as Jatz, Shapes and SAO.
Campbell Soup Company owned Arnott’s outright from 1997 until 2019, when it sold the business to the investment firm KKR. Since 2020 the business has traded as Arnott’s Group, headquartered in Sydney, and it bakes in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
On SeekSnack the name appears on Good Time cookies found in Thailand: Arnott’s Good Time Double Choc, a cocoa cookie with chocolate chips, and the Classic Chocochips version with chocolate chips in a plain dough. Both are made with wheat flour, and the classic version also lists milk powder.
