Mildy is a marshmallow brand made in Thailand by European Food Public Co., Ltd, the company behind Euro Choco Pie and Euro Cake. Its marshmallows are soft white pieces with a flavoured centre, sold in bags of individually sized sweets.
The fillings reviewed on SeekSnack cover fruit and chocolate: strawberry, lychee, cantaloupe and banana, plus Mildy Marshmallow Filled With Chocolate. The fruit versions get their flavour and colour from flavourings and food colours rather than fruit pieces; the lychee version is a typically Thai choice.
Like most marshmallows, Mildy uses gelatin to set, which usually comes from pork or beef, so it is not vegetarian. The recipe also contains milk powder.
