Lausanne is a wafer brand made and sold in Thailand by URC (Thailand) Co.,Ltd, the Thai company of Universal Robina Corporation, a Philippine food group founded in 1954. Lausanne wafers are small, square and uncoated: crisp wafer sheets layered with a sweet cream filling.
SeekSnack has reviewed the milk cream, cocoa cream and chocolate and vanilla versions, all light and crunchy with a fairly sweet filling. The same company also makes Tivoli Knots in Thailand.
