Fashion Food is the name of Fashion Food Co., LTD, a snack company in Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom, that has made crackers since 1989. On its packs the main brand is FF, and the company sells other cracker brands as well; SeekSnack groups its crackers under Fashion Food.
FF’s signature crackers are light, crunchy puffed crackers in tomato and paprika flavours. Both are sweet, a little salty and slightly sour, with no chilli heat.
The crackers are made from wheat flour and tapioca starch fried in palm oil, so they contain gluten. Their orange colour comes partly from paprika extract and partly from INS 110 (Sunset Yellow), an azo colour that carries a warning label in the EU.
