Euro is a snack-cake brand from European Food Public Co., Ltd, a Thai food manufacturer. On SeekSnack the Euro name appears on its Choco Pie range: round, soft cakes coated in chocolate and sandwiched around a filling.
Among the reviewed versions, the Choco Pie with marshmallow and raspberry jam pairs a chewy marshmallow layer with a sharp fruit jam, while the Super Choc version with a chocolate centre keeps everything chocolate.
The pies are made with wheat flour, egg and milk powder. The marshmallow version also lists a gelling agent, INS 428 (gelatin), which normally comes from animal sources, so it is not a vegetarian choice. The same company also sells the Euro Cake and Mildy brands.
