Euro Cake is a range of individually wrapped soft cakes made in Thailand by European Food Public Co., Ltd. Each piece is a light, puffy sponge with a cream filling, the kind of cake sold in packs at Thai convenience stores and supermarkets.
On SeekSnack the brand is represented by Euro Cake Hokkaido Milk, a milk-cream filled cake. The line comes in many other fillings, among them custard, strawberry, pandan, banana and cappuccino. The pack shows Euro Cake as its own brand name, so SeekSnack lists it apart from the company’s Euro Choco Pie.
The cakes are made with egg, wheat flour and milk powder, plus condensed milk in the Hokkaido Milk filling, so they contain egg, gluten and dairy.
