Dozo is a Thai brand of Japanese-style rice crackers from Berli Jucker Foods Ltd. / Berli Jucker PLC (BJC), the snack maker of the BJC group. The packs describe them as made from Japanese short-grain rice and baked rather than fried, which gives a light, crunchy cracker closer to Japanese senbei than to a chip.
The range mixes classic and playful flavours. Alongside Dozo Original and seaweed, there are sweet chilli, corn cheese, a sweet potato and corn cheese mix, and SO-SE-JI, a sausage flavour (sōsēji is the Japanese word for sausage).
Rice itself is gluten-free, but seasonings for rice crackers can include soy sauce, wheat or dairy, so check the allergen line on each flavour’s pack.
