Carada is a snack brand of Greenland Marketing Limited, a Bangkok company founded in 1978 that also owns the Squidy squid snacks. Carada snacks are small, crisp puffed balls made from rice and corn, then seasoned.
SeekSnack has reviewed the Nori Seaweed and Cuttlefish flavours, both savoury and light. The range also includes sweeter flavours such as creamy corn and coconut.
The base of rice and corn contains no wheat, but seasonings differ: the cuttlefish flavour contains real squid (a mollusc), and both flavours use flavour enhancers such as monosodium glutamate. Check the pack for the full allergen information.
